Roopa Vivekanandan

Roopa Vivekanandan has been associated with GEMS Our Own Indian School for the last 6 years. Before taking over as the Environmental Coordinator in 2021 she was a Physics teacher in Senior School and ASSET Coordinator for senior section Boys. During her illustrious career, she has always been involved in introducing innovative teaching and learning methods in classroom for student centric learning.

Roopa holds a Master’s degree in Physics from Calicut University and has cleared National Eligibility Test, India. Prior to joining GEMS OUR OWN INDIAN SCHOOL, she has worked at Providence Women’s College, India for 10 years and Zamorins Guruvayurappan College, India for 2 years.
