Viji Koikara

Viji Francis is a passionate Educator & STEAM facilitator, who has also  demonstrated appreciable leadership skills in her different roles as research scholar, subject /class teacher, coordinator for Science/Social welfare/,Innovation etc. in the departments she served during  her career that spans over two decades. Her expertise is rooted in a degree in Master of Philosophy in Physics with specialisations in Photonics & Advanced Electronics from internationally reputed Cochin University of Science & Technology and a Bachelors in Education.

She is currently the School Innovation coordinator  and also coordinates  the new STEAM curriculum. Her successful mentoring of several students projects in STEAM and facilitation of the Innovative Global Future Curriculum, is worth mentionable among her several collaborative efforts, to equip our students, with the right future focused 21st century values and skills. Ms.Viji considers the positive life long bond with her student learners as her greatest strength. She is the recipient of the School Best teacher of the year Award (2016). She also possess a Certificate of leadership skills from  the Ministry of Education in 2018.
