Kavitha, the Head of Inclusion, brings a wealth of experience in special education and a profound passion for inclusive teaching to our organization. With a vision of fostering a learning community where diversity is celebrated and every student is valued, she leads our Inclusion Department with exceptional dedication. She has a proven track record of implementing successful inclusion strategies in diverse educational settings.

She holds advanced qualifications in Clinical Psychology (M. Phil) and possesses 25 years of experience in the field of psychology. Her professional journey encompasses roles as a tutor, clinical psychologist, SENCO and educator. She has accumulated extensive experience working in various curriculum schools in Dubai before joining GEMS OIS in 2020.She was awarded the Best Educator Award in 2023.
