Sabrina Hawes

Your attitude in life determines your career altitude; this is what she believes and what she has empowered and inculcated into the team of staff working with her.

She embodies a youthful spirit and has been blessed to teach young Kindergarteners for twenty-eight years at GEMS Education of which sixteen years was as a Kindergarten Supervisor at GEMS OIS. With a total career of twenty – nine  years at GEMS Education, Ms. Hawes has moved into a career path of Communications and Parent Relations during this academic year 2025-2026.

Ms. Hawes is a perfect proof that the higher the education, training and self-learning, the more it helps one to analyze and approach every circumstance in life more professionally and proficiently, the differentiation in the broad outcome then being in the EQ.

Following the rightful slogan of GEMS Education, “We see Genius in every child” as an educator she finds it most important to tap talent of every individual.

In an unquenchable desire to sustain and grow the school, keeping up its prestige, being instrumental in attaining higher outcomes and standards, she has over the tenure of twenty- nine years at OIS, contributed and satisfactorily witnessed progress.

Knowledge gained from the double Masters in English Literature (MA) and Masters in Philosophy (English Literature) (MPhil) has taught her to logically and strategically address and manage the most stressful environments.

Her passion lies in changing lives believing that encouragement sparks endeavour!
