Sharmistha Sengupta

Sharmistha Sengupta is a dedicated educator with an extensive experience teaching Kindergarten classrooms. She has over ten years of teaching experience. She spent a large part of her career teaching in Africa and has been employed in GEMS Education since the last four years. After working as a Kindergarten Homeroom teacher in GEMS since 2015, she expanded her role as a Kindergarten coordinator in 2017. Sharmistha earned her Bachelor degree in English from Scottish Church College, Calcutta University and a Master Degree in English from Fergusson College, Pune University. Later, in 2015, she completed TESOL Diploma Training Program. Sharmistha pursues the goal to inform, inspire and to ignite the mind of each and every student in her classroom.
