Mrudula Asokan is an innovative and forward-thinking educator with over nineteen years of experience in the field of teaching and school administration. Essentially a graduate in Statistics, Mrudula pursued her interest in people with a post -graduate diploma in Human Resource Management. She has a record of setting up new schools with her team of teachers through strategic planning, curriculum and programme development. Mrudula is experienced in creating a stimulating and challenging learning environment and training teachers on new age pedagogy and practices which bring out the best in children. She has been involved in setting up inclusive education for children with special needs.

Mrudula has taken active part in designing a school enrichment programme and in enhancing various school activities.
