Jasmin Roy

Jasmin Roy is a mathematics teacher who has been working with Gems Our Own Indian School since 2012. Jasmin pursued a Bachelor Degree  in Education and a Master  Degree in Mathematics from Kerala University.

She is always involved and connected with her students, ensuring they get the very best from classroom teaching. She ensures they are kept on the tip of their toes with regular assignments and tests. Her habit of giving students honest comments on their work and progress has helped develop students’ performance and strengthen her bond with them tremendously. She was the recipient of the ‘Best Teacher of the Year Award’ for the academic year 2017-18 and received the Mariamma Varkey Accolade for the subsequent academic term. Jasmin is passionate to keep burning bright the flame of love for Math with every batch of students she is responsible for.
