Sheeba Manoj

Sheeba Manoj is an accomplished, self-motivated and result-driven Senior Education Leader with over two decades of experience. She has strong knowledge in modern pedagogical methodologies and in-depth understanding of 21st century learning skills. She is particularly adept at devising appropriate teaching styles to meet the learning needs of new generation students.

Sheeba Manoj joined OIS in 1998 as a Mathematics teacher of secondary school. She has served as PLD coordinator for the school, Middle School Girls Supervisor and Teaching and Learning Supervisor before being promoted as Senior School Supervisor in 2018. She holds a Master Degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor Degree in Educationfrom Mahatma Gandhi University. Her key strengths include principled leadership, successful team management, appropriate interpersonal skills, effective analytical skills, and excellent organizing skills. She is a motivated educationist who believes in leadership that’s equitable, ethical, and empowering.
